This place cooks pretty good food, but the waiters and busboys tend to be a little frank and even a tad unpleasant. The dining area is somewhat drab and rundown, which may be a turn-off to some people, but it is very reminiscent of certain parts of Vietnam today. You can't complain about the prices here, though, as they are quite reasonable.
