The Wobble Cafe has good intentions. The husband/wife owners moved back to Ossining from Austin, TX, where the wife was a chef.
They're trying to appease the local crowd while also trying to offer innovative dishes in a location that has gone through 4 restaurants in 5 years (or something like that).
Unfortunately, though 4 of us tried lunch there, no one walked away satisfied. Just about everything on the menu was heavy with cheese and left you feeling in the need for a nap as well as a good cleanup afterwards.
The service was friendly enough, and th e homemade Mac and Cheese admirable, but the decor and lack of air-conditioning made it a place to which I will not soon return
