Honey & Spice Health Foods is a wonderful store. It's pretty easy to find (right off main st in Trussville) and there's plenty of parking. The store is spacious and clean and the people who work there are very helpful. I love it because my daughter has a milk allergy and they stock all the soy products that she loves. There was a particular brand of soy cheese she especially likes and they ordered it for me and now keep it in stock for us! So if you go in and there's something you are lookng for that they do not have, ask and they may be able to get it for you! They have tons of vitamins and herbs and supplements and they will consult with you to find the supplement that is right for you. The only thing is you may have to wait for someone, as they always seem to have people in there asking advice. They also have a pretty good variety of organic foods and things that are generally hard to find at traditional supermarkets.
