My friend wanted a luau theme for her birthday party. I saw party city when I was driving around from different stores and took a chance to wander in. They have a great variety of all kinds of themes and things for parties. From kids parties to that OVER the HILL theme and other things as well. Various colors of gift tissue, cups plates and I even found silver forks and spoons that were plastic. The luau was very pretty when it finally came time to party.
