I would highly recommend Penguin Windows if you are in the market for window replacement. We have used them twice (six windows last year and four this year) and couldn't be happier with the results. The entire process, from the in-home estimate to installation (two weeks early on both occasions), the customer service was fantastic. The installers were so thorough they provided new outside window trim where necessary (ours was rotten) and even built a new roof where we replaced a fully glass garden window with a bay window. We have also noticed a marked decrease in our energy bills and are extremely pleased with the product.
