When my car broke down, a friend referred me to Thao's, but it's reputation online was a little sketchy. I took it there anyway and I'm glad I did. Lee, the mechanic who helped me, was very helpful and did a thorough evaluation of my car to see what was wrong. He fixed the one problem it had and did not try to convince me that I needed unnecessary repairs, as has happened in other situations. The only issues were the sketchy area and some of the mechanics don't speak very good english, but they do quality work and I will use them in the future.?
