When I was a kid and it was called the Oceanside Twin, it was always a lot of fun to go to see a movie. They had a balcony and it really had an old-time vibe to it, even if it was the '80s. Now, unfortunately, through several owner changes and a general degredation of the building and surrounding area, it is truly someplace to avoid.
The screens have rips in them and the sound is tinny, at best. The last time I was there, the floors were sticky and the theatre had a foul odor throughout. Definitely not where you would go for a memorable cinematic experience.
