They have a big selection of inventory. They offer classes and the employees seem to know what they're doing. But don't expect warm fuzzies. The first (and last) time I went in there, I felt... unwanted. No one seemd to want to help me. Then when I asked a question (I'm not a professional) I felt like I was being patronized. Maybe it was just the particular salesperson that "helped" me. At any rate, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be going back.
