In this day of below average customer service, dealing with Penguin Windows was a wonderful new experience. From the estimate process through the installation the service could not have been better. All questions were answered, the entire process was explained, the window actually arrived sooner than expected, and the installation crew was courteous, professional and knew what they were doing. We could not have been happier with our window or our dealings with Penguin. And, to top it off, my living room looks great with it's brand new window!
