I take my kids to Cool Cuts all the time. Not because they give better haircuts than anyone else, but because my kids like the atmosphere. They can play while they wait and watch a video when they're getting their hair cut. It's always a pain for me, however, because I usually end up waiting forever. All of their ads say that walk-ins are welcome, but I can't tell you how many times I walk-in and they tell me they're booked for the day with appointments. I think that if they're so booked that they can't take walk-ins, maybe they need to add some additional cutters. I've never seen more than 4 when I'm there and they must have at least 6 stations. But, it makes my kids happy and at least I can read a good magazine while I'm waiting.
