This cooking school offers gourmet cooking for the regular individual. I took the holiday hors d'oeuvres class with Dan Witherspoon and it was very well done. The classroom is well equipped and the instructor was creative and generous with advice and recipes. The School offers a huge list of different types of classes to choose from.
