I recently joined the Ballys Fitness center in my area and I am glad I did. i really enjoy going to the gym. the classes that I take are fun and are helping me to get into shape. For now I take the Powerflex class(weightlifting), basic step and Balletones. i also do weight training and I get my cardio in my using the treadmill. the best thing about all of this is that I am beginning to see results. they also offer some interesting for women only classes too. So when you feel motivated to do so, come and check the place out and get a guest pass and see what I mean . The staff will be glad to show you around.

If you need to go to the emergency room and it is not life and death situation, then I would suggest Upper Chesapeake Health System. They are okay for minor emergencies but I would not trust them in a major emergency. I went to this hospital and it was nine hours later when I got out. In that amount of time I saw a doctor twice. Considering it was a major medical emergency, the lack of attention given was unacceptable to say the least. I will say that the staff was understanding and very apologetic. So if you do go to this hospital, I hope all goes well for you, for me , it was not worth the wait.

Whenever you are in need of meal that you do not want to cook then I would suggest Moore's Pizza and Subs located in Joppatowne. The offer highy quality foods at reasonable prices. The food is good and you get a good amount of food for your money.They also have delicious salads and desserts. I would recommend the Italian meat salad. It is good and plentiful. Not only is the food good but the service is fast and very friendly.

This is an excellent week-long camp that any child would enjoy. The camp offers age appropriate programs for kids of all ages, from grades 2nd-12th. There are plenty of activities to keep everyone busy. There are campfires and hay rides, paint ball, game rooms and even a skate camp for skateboarder lovers. River Valley Ranch is a non-denominational, Bible believing organization. Your kids will love it and so will you knowing your children are in a positive environment and well taken of.

Not only is this fun but you will learn thing too. There is something there for everyone one. And for really young kids, they can learn in The Kids Room Area. Be prepared to stay awhile because your visit will not be complete if you don't check out the IMAX Theatre. Enjoy
