I have rec'd balloons and flowers from Roxannes and I have been more than pleased. They are beautiful and they last so long! The balloons and the flowers. And the prices are the best around. Another great point is that there was a mix up with a bill. They called and were extrememly poilite and helpful and willing to work with us to get the bill paid. I get wait to get more from them!
