I recently went into this store with my buddy. He was having some problems with his phone and Cingular's service. I also needed a new SIM card but my case was different. The sales rep didn't know much but was friendly. When the manager became involved, that was a different story. He argued with us essentially telling us that we didn't know what we were talking about. (But we do because we are active on HowardForums.com). He didn't want to hear what we had to say. Stay away from this location! If you want to be treated like piece if crap then go to this location.
