We got our chinchilla from this pet store. We happened to wander in one day while just walking past, and we were so impressed by this young man working, that when we decided it was time to but a pet of our own, we went back. The boy that was working the first time we went in REALLY knew what he was talking about, and he couldn't have been much older than 17. But when we went back to look at and purchase our chin, the owner was there, smoking in the shop, and wasn't very helpful. He was very harsh to us, and seemed to be saying whatever he had to just to make the sale. We ended up buying our chin in part because we felt sorry for her. The owner promised to call find out her birth date for us and to call us, and after we called several times to see if he'd gotten the information, we kept getting blown off and finally gave up. I wouldn't go here again, except maybe for supplies.
