Dr. Cineas is an internist and a pediatrician. She is public health oriented (e.g., she asks about partner violence, gun ownership and seat belt use, something not all physicians do) and seems to be up to date on the latest in evidence based health care. In other words, you will not be getting antibiotics unless you have a documented bacterial infection and/or are on the brink of death. She is willing to share the reasons behind her recommendations, and doesn't talk down to her patients. Her office staff and nurses are pleasant.
