I hired this company for my first bldg. They missed a few things, but nothing major went wrong. So I hired them for my next bldg. Big mistake. He missed a huge crack by the chimney that resulted in a massive flood inside once it started raining. It caused over $15,000 in damage within one week of purchase and inspection. Once I complained, he quit returning my phone calls and if he accidently picked up the phone he would claim to need to call me back and that his machine was broke. He is now impossible to get ahold of.
