I had an automatic starter installed in my husband's truck for Christmas. It was difficult to get the truck there, I had to take the shuttle service both ways (pick up and drop off) and waited a long time. Then after I picked it up I discovered they had not tested the starter and it didn't even work! I was frustrated.
