They never answer the phone, If Geek Squad can't fix you issue they replace the item and if its not in stock there basically like "oh well.." I regret shopping there. like i said NO ONE ANSWERS THE DANM PHONE IM CALLING RIGHT NOW.... The manager has time to go on twitter but not answer the phone.. more
