horrible service, misplacing my package 8/16/2005

I once rented a box in this store. Things were ok for a while until I noticed that I had no mail for an extensive period of time (even though I was expecting regular mails and some UPS delivered packages). I later found out that they put all my mails into the next box which was empty or something like that. They even though that I rented the other box. They were not keen on apologizing even though one of the misplaced packages worths $400. I was very upset with their service and wanted and early termination. They said they would not do this, and I could only "petition" their owner. Needless to say I was very displeased with this store. I would not hesitate to give 0 star if possible. In comparison I used the UPS store in Issaquah which has much better service and staff. more
