This hospital has no compassion. Kept elderly patient alone and confused for over four hours in a cold heartless ER room. Calls for help went unreturned. Both nurses and doctors were condescending and of no help. Hope you never need this hospital. What a terrible way to treat someone in need. Don't let the nice exterior fool you this is a complete hell hole.
