Good: David Came out Within an Hour of my call. He had set up 20 traps around my basement. Several Days later he came back to pick up 15 mice. I was surprised. I had a National Pest Control Firm for two years placing bait in the basement and never would I expect that many mice in my house.. Bad: Having that many mouse droppings in my house. It was disgusting!!!. Improvements: More companies like Insect X that doesn't just throw bait around my basement but take the time to set traps so you realize how much of a problem you do have..
