Good: Just go meet Nate and tell him what you want. He's very up-front and will get right down to the nitty-gritty to help solve your problem for a very reasonable price. If he didn't have what you need, he'll tell you good options.. Bad: Nothing so far.. Improvements: I just need to get better acquainted with what Nate and his staff can do to make my bike even better.. Other: Without question the best place I've gone in Eugene; I got service way beyond what I expected and it came without some high nose attitude. Go see for yourself - I'm sure you will agree..
