Carmen's is one of those places that seems to be plucked from the '30s. Paunching men are always reading newspapers, the cigar smoke hovers above, and Carmen slowly plods around you working the magic of his ancient shears. A regular men's cut costs a cool $17 which might be a bit more expensive than other places, but the cultural old-schoolness is well worht the price of admission.
