Chen's is a staple of New Providence. Right in the middle of the shopping center, Chen's sees quite a deal of business in the evenings. The food is your basic Chinese food, but the chips and tea come free. Some waiters are less than appealing however, including one with a hideously out-of-place mullet. Those who fear the 80s are advised to steer clear of his side of the restaurant.
