This being my first encounter from Hendrick BMW, I must say it far exceeded my expectations. During my visit I was assigned to Service Advisor, Mr. Rick Beal. I was greeted professionall and was made to feel very welcome at your facility. Mr. Beal took the time to explain in detail every aspect of what my car needed in order to maintain the excellent condition and performance and that vehicle has delivered since purchased. I appreciat Rick's attention to detail, knowledge of your product and un-yielding desire to place customer service the forefront of my visit.
