Probably the wash depends on the luck of who you get to do the final rub. On a slow day my car received a dedicated female. On another day my car got someone who half-heartedly patted when I asked him to go over places that were still filthy. I ended up driving to the adjacent gas station to clean the car myself. They do not have reliable staff. I would rather do the washing myself than going to this place.
