I've never understood how the little grocery store that sells about a dozen different things stays open. I can understand in New York City that a tiny little grocer could survive, but Wagshal's is located in a residential seciton of DC that's more inclined toward supermarkets and strip malls than mom and pop groceries. That being aside, if you do go in, you'll find the quality is good and it's a friendly atmosphere.
