I went in here a few times when I was going to buy a Volvo. I found the place depressing - from the dingy elevator you take to the showroom to the staff. There's just no life, no service. I couldn't get help when I wanted - nobody ever tried to sell me a car. How do they make a living? When I went to the auto show in NY the told me not to buy from here. I ended up buying from another deal over the phone - they seemed interested in doing business.
