Stir Moon / Blue Moon restaurant in Weston offers an eclectic mix of Sushi, Tempura and Stir fry dishes. The atmosphere is trendy but not too hip. Outdoor seating is available with a lake-side view. The chef’s take great pride in their presentation and preparation of food , I often say this is too beautiful to eat. The sushi is the freshest I have found. There are lunch and dinner specials.
