As the whimsical name would suggest, Hats in the Belfry is a store of frills. They do indeed have hats, both true wear to church hats and winter woolen caps, but they also have sheer scarves, candleholders and hair combs and all sorts of fun and frilly accessories. The prices are pretty steep, but they have an annual sale every August which is well worth going to since prices are reduced by as much as 75%.
