Right in the middle of finals week at school my computer contracted a horrible virus that would not allow me to access the internet. It also happened to be a few days before Thanksgiving. I took my computer in for repair to a competitor and was assured that they would get to it within 24 hrs. Three days later they still hadn't even taken it off the shelf! I took the computer back and stopped by Beige Universe. The gentleman had my computer up and running two days later- even working into the holiday at no extra charge! He added extra virus protection (again at no extra charge) and made the entire process much less stressful. I would highly recommend visiting this store should you have any computer needs.
