I was really not expecting to find NYC caliber chinese food in Norwalk but am happy to report I have. In a small non-descript strip mall in a residential area is Village Gourmet. It is mainly a takeout place w/seating for 12 or so. What's good? everything; pork dumplings are awesome, chicken w/eggplant, pork w/spicy green beans, sesame chicken and the usual suspects are all REALLY good. A real surprise are the well done thai dishes snuck into the menu. This place is popular though so even if they tell you 15 minutes it's usually a little longer.
