This place has been around forever, I never understood why people went here as they are more expensive than the average appliance store, until I had to buy all new kitchen appliances. The price was a little more than the competition even w/my contractor's discount but he assured me it was worth it. Well flash forward 9 months and there was a slight cosmetic problem w/my range. I called Aitoro -and no problem we're sending someone out to check it out. They came as scheduled and ordered the piece I needed then came back and installed it. No charge to me. I like that. They also carry Aga stoves - which are not found many other places.
