We recently built a home and were in need of a lot of tile (kitchen, 4 bathrooms, tub & shower surroundings) so we checked out the Tile Shop.. this shop is located in a business district and there are at least 3 tile shops located within a block or two for one another, stiff competition in my opinion.. but we went to this store and the one right next door and upon walking in here were amazed, it's really clean, a large store with a large selection.. but the downfall was that there was very little staff, no one approached us to see if we needed help and when we did need help it took forever for them to get someone out of the back to help us, they were very short with us and not too willing to take time with us.. they were not busy at this time so I don't really know what the problem could have been.. so we left and ended up purchasing our tile elsewhere.. a couple months later we were looking for a specific decorative tile and decided to check here because we wanted it asap and we had the same type of experience as we did the first time.. I am all for second chances but they didn't impress me this time either..
