When I used to attend Baylor University in 2003, I found this to be a good place to store my things while I went back home to Florida. At first I was somewhat reluncant but the people here told me not to worry. Thankfully and they were right. It cost $55/month to use a 10*10 unit but if you have a student id you get a five dollar discount (so for me it was $50/month). It may seem expensive but its climated controlled, controlled access gate, and provides camera surveillance. Since Baylor is very close to the Brazos river they also provide boat storage but I am not sure for how much.
