Jay-Mar is located on the East side of US 1 in a plaza near Monterey Rd. This is a great Mom and Pop type store that has an extensive selection of party goods and silk flowers. You will find the less common party decorations and supplies that aren't available at the mall card shops. They also have a whole section with a wide variety of artist's supplies.
