This was my first ever experience with a telephone company. It was a positive experience and the pricing was resonable. The service was very good, as I could call and have someone come out the same day.
Billing was very easy and quick.
The only negative I have to say about Ellensburg Telephone is that their DSL speeds were not as good as I would have liked.
