When my home received hail damage and had to be replaced, I called several local companies asking for estimates.
St. John Roofing was one of these companies. A contractor came out, inspected my roof and gave an estimate.
When we gave him the other estimates and what the insurance company had advised it should cost us, he was taken aback by how little we had received from the insurance company. They contacted our insurance agent, had him meet at our house and literally took him to the roof to show him why it would be more money that originally given to us. (Pitch of roof, flashing problems)
Once he was actually up there, the agent saw what they were talking about and readjusted our claim. We were given the extra monies and St. John's was given the contract.
Our new tab style shingles are beautiful and it's holding up solid.
