Huge omelettes, homemade bakery items, fresh-squeezed juices. Open only until 3pm, this breakfast cafe is the absolute best! It serves a large variety of omelettes (its specialty), pancakes and crepes, and my favorite, Papas Santa Cruz. Papas Santa Cruz consists of breakfast potatoes, slices of chicken, guacamole, plenty of cheese and sour cream. Most everything comes with a bakery item. My fave? Strawberry shortcake. You must have their fresh apple juice. Never had it better anywhere else.
