I had good experience with Charter. I’d switched over from DSL to cable internet which is so much more stable and so much faster. And talk about their service, I have nothing but good things to say.. I would like to praise the Charter workers. They sent in 2,3 guys to come to install my cable internet and tv. I lived in an older building. The cable lines were not prior installed. The Charter guy had to dangle the lines from top roof, so the other guy can catch and install the lines and the jack through my living room window. They spent more than an hour to make sure everything was working. Thanks, guys!
