I was treated like a valued customer, and my husband was treated the same! We were looking for a new used car after my daugher turned 16. I was going to give her my old car, so of course needed a new one for me. The salesman was friendly, telling us how to read the window stickers, lease return, repo, etc. We were spirteded into the sales office, and signed the paperwork on the first car we test drove, and drove it home that night. We puchased the car for thousands less than kelly blue book!
