Franklins service located on the west side of 101 near the Tony #1 is a great place to get your car Smogged. Since they moved from the old service/gas station Franklins has expanded there service to two buildings. One does the quick oil changes while the other does the more extensive type service repairs. The staff was great on my last oil change and my friend got his smog here about 3 months ago and had nothing but good things to say about the place.
