I was my sisters birthday and I wanted to buy her a necklace with a special charm on it. I went to crystal jewlers and was surprised at the large selection they had. They did not have exactly what I wanted in stock but the salesman told to to look in a book he had and sure enough there was the charm. He said he would special order it no extra charge. I was very please with the price he quoted and siad yes.Within a week I got a call that the necklace was ready. i am really pleased with it and my sister loved it. Great store will be going back
