This is the cleanest and nicest pho restaurant there is in Irvine. The price is fair and they don't jip you on the noodles and meat for broth. I like eatting here most of all for the nice clean atmosphere. The service is generally good, especially when you go at times when there aren't many people there. It's quite a comfortable environment, good for a inexpensive date restaurant.
