First the driver was over 2 hours late, did not contact me to tell me they would be late and he did not gave any reason for being extremely late other than they were busy. Why don't you try a little customer service and let the customer know what kind of wait there is expected so the customer can make an informed decision to wait or make other arrangements... Avoid at all cost. more
