i like going to Ulta because they have a wide range of beauty product to choose from. It's like a drug store slash Sephora where you can by shampoo, face wash, body wash and even designer perfume, make up, etc. They also have a good selection of beauty appliance. There is also a hair salon inside the store. I've never had a haircut there, but I've her that it is pretty good and not expensive either.
