The parts department of this dealership is always helpful in finding the part I need. They were patient in helping me find an oddball shaped screw part for my VW. Went here once for an oil change (usually go to Commonwealth VW) and the pushy service guy tells me I need the inside of my engine cleaned out for an extra $180. I knew I did not need this so that irritated me a little.
