While I was at UT, I bought almost every book at the University Co-op. The prices were exorbitant, but I told myself to remember the end-of-year rebate and to save those receipts. Even though the rebate was not that great of an amount, at least I got something back. At the time, it was not very popular to check for books online. So if I had to do it over again, I would check the internet first. The other thing I hated about this place is that they wanted to give you 10 cents for the book at the end of the year even though they would sell it for near regular price to other students. I felt really ripped off!
