If Taco Bell is like the Gap, then Green Cactus is the Banana Republic (although the two food restaurants aren't connected). Green Cactus makes high quality Mexican food without the use of freezers, canned foods, MSG, microwaves, or lard. The menu is a bit small, but the food quality makes up for it a hundred times. They give meals in large portions along with a lot of freshly made chips to die for. They offer different types of sauces as well as homemade salsa. The price is high compared to a fast food joint, but the portions are more than enough to fill anyone up. This is one of my favorite lunch spots and I hope it will become one of yours too!
